8.2. The total liability of NaturEdu for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to access the platform.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold NaturEdu, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms, or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
