RETURNS

Local customers within Nigeria: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
International customers: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible to return purchased items, your item must be unused and unopened (safety seal must not be broken) and the item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in original packaging.

REFUNDS

Your item will be inspected once it is received so you will receive a notification email to that effect. We will also notify you if your item is approved for refund. Depending on your bank’s policy, you will receive the funds in a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning the item to you as shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refunds to ship the item back to you.
