Our Private label Manufacturing services
At Ene Naturals, we manufacture natural skincare and hair care products for brands across the globe. These products are made in our FDA-certified and NAFDAC-approved lab where we adhere to good manufacturing practices. We offer three kinds of private label services:
- We create custom formulas that are tailored to your brand and manufacture them for you.
- We manufacture our own Ene Naturals products for you known as white label.
- We develop product formulations for you which you can manufacture elsewhere.
The Process
Initial Consultation:
Our team will work with you to understand the unique needs of your business and your budget. Our starting point is in understanding your target market, demographic and the beauty needs that you seek to fulfil. At this point, it is very vital that we understand and work with your budget.
The Development Brief:
All our private label clients are expected to complete a product development brief that serves as a written reflection of your aspiration and expectations for the products. The development brief guides us in ensuring that we make products to your specification.
Research and Development:
A lot of research goes into developing products that meet your brand needs and your customer needs. This ensures that only the right ingredients are responsibly sourced in order to create the right products.
Sample Development:
Samples of the products would be developed for you and your team to try. We recommend that you also have a sample group try the products as well. At this point, a journal is recommended for feedback, as adjustments to the formula would be made in order to create a satisfactory product for you.
Stability Testing:
An external lab handles the stability testing of all products, as such, patience is recommended for the products to go through the process of testing.
Custom Formulation or White Label?
We offer both custom formulation and white label manufacturing. While some clients simply want us to recreate our products for them, others require that we create custom formulations that are unique to their brands. Whichever you desire, we are happy to work with you.
- Bulk production of custom formulations.
Clients who choose this option are saddled with the responsibility of handling their packaging by themselves while we handle bulk production on their behalf.
- Bulk production of custom formulation with packaging
Clients who choose this option are given different kinds of packaging and with the varying costs associated with such packaging to choose from into which we can package their custom formulations. The cost of this option covers both production and packaging.
- Bulk production of custom formulation with packaging and branding
Clients who choose this option are given different kinds of packaging and with the varying costs associated with such packaging to choose from into which we can package their custom formulations. We also provide the branding services for each of the products in terms of labelling. The cost of this option covers production, packaging and branding.
- Contract Manufacturing
Contract manufacturing allows the client to be in charge of formulation as we will be working with their own formula. We can either package the products in bulk containers like gallons while the client handles packaging and labelling or we package and or label the products for them.
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Because our target clients are mostly start-ups with limited funds, we have set a low MOQ to accommodate everyone. Nonetheless, we have the capacity to manufacture larger orders.
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per product.
Product Formulation Development
We develop innovative products for brands who have chosen to manufacture elsewhere, perhaps due to proximity of the manufacturers to where they are located. For this group of clients, we follow the same process as would private label and document every stage into a written formulation development brief which can be used by other manufacturing companies.
