Water is an essential part of our products and as a solvent, it is very important to us when we formulate organic skincare products because of its many benefits to our skin health.
Water is a hydrating solvent that is rich in minerals. Naturally, water hydrates the skin and helps the skin to retain its moisture and by doing this, it helps to keep the skin renewed as such water is integral to keeping the skin supple and youthful.
Water helps the skin to get rid of toxins which is why it is particularly good in giving brighter, clearer skin that is free of acne.
Water soothes the skin same way it is good in soothing itching and reducing puffiness.
Having said that, it is important that we use hydrating skincare products to help retain the moisture in our skin that gives the skin its suppleness and soft texture. Besides using hydrating skincare products, it is important that we consume a great amount of water ourselves to benefit from the richness that water provides.
